Cancellation Policy

Lactation Consultations

We require 24 hour notice for lactation consultations to be cancelled or rescheduled. A $50 fee will be charged to your card on file (or via invoice) for changes made to appointments with less than 24 hour notice. An exception is if mother or baby have a fever of 100.4 or higher, have been readmitted to the hospital, or have tested positive for flu or covid-19. We also offer video consults in any of these situations so you can still get the support you need. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment so we can offer your slot to another family. 

Postpartum Doula Services

We require 48 hour notice for postpartum doula services to be cancelled or rescheduled. A $50 fee will be charged to your card on file (or via invoice) for changes made to appointments with less than 48 hour notice. An exception is if mother or baby have a fever of 100.4 or higher, have been readmitted to the hospital, or have tested positive for flu or covid-19. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment so we can offer your slot to another family.
