Breastfeeding Essentials E-Class

Ideal for parents to take during their third trimester of pregnancy.

Pumping & Bottlefeeding E-Class

90 minutes

Ideal for parents or caregivers to take prenatally, or during the first few weeks postpartum.

  • Suggestions for best pumps and bottles

  • How to use your breast pump and fit your flanges

  • Breastmilk storage guidelines

  • Time saving hacks

  • Guidance on quantity of baby's breastmilk intake

  • How to maximize pumping output and maintain milk supply while working

  • Tips for creating a breastfeeding/bottlefeeding/pumping routine

Baby-Led Solid & Weaning E-Class

2 Hours

Ideal for parents or caregivers to take when baby is 2-12 months old.

  • How to help your child develop healthy food preferences

  • Ideal first foods, with emphasis on whole and non-processed foods

  • Tips for incorporating your family's meals into your baby's menu

  • How and when baby naturally, gradually weans from breastfeeding

  • How to speed up the weaning process, if desired

This is a great option for a group of friends or a doctor's office. Fees can split amongst the class attendees or covered by the host.
